What Happens On-Site:
A Boremax field engineer handles on-site setup, commissioning, and technician training to ensure safe, continuous operation.
Day 1 — Site Assessment & Evaluation
Verify wellhead interfaces, well depth, electrical supply, control cabinet footprint, and HSE pre-installation requirements.
Day 2 — Equipment & Site Preparation
Inspect the SRD main unit and control cabinet, position the motor, and connect power cabling and control system hookups.
Day 3 — Installation & Commissioning
Secure the direct-drive motor to the rod string, configure controller parameters, and verify the 0.5s magnetic-powder brake and anomaly detection.
Day 4 — Technician Training & Handover
Train operators on HMI controls, review emergency backspin safety logic, and sign off on final acceptance for leased operation
